i gena challenged by TAXI again!! blardy merc cab duno 2.5l or 3l,
tink their cc big wif kompressor can makan small car rite..
although reali can makan oso no nid lye tat wat..
nowaday, these big cc merc cab drivers are becoming very yaya..
cab drivers are famous for being reckless drivers,
now they hav oso started to drive very fast!

was driving along ecp toward airport direction at ard 110km/h..
and tis fiaking merc cab start to overtake..
and his vehicle is empty! its not as if he's rushin his passenger to airport or wat..
cfm is he see another small car and tink to himself
"Oh come'on, small car shld not b in front of me.."

alrite, let's see whether small car can kip up wif him den..
i shifted down to 4th gear and kui!
we're on par thru'out 110km/h to 160km/h..
tis shld teach him tat not all small car r slow.. ;)

finally, swei is back from australia.. zq will also be back soon..
called up PSB yday regarding the IT bachelor course, but the jan intake had
closed.. the next intake is on may.. the fee subsidy is by ntuc.. and i
need to join the union to have the subsidy..

went to wx's house last nite.. it have been quite some time since we sit down
together.. as usual, playing poker card is always a part of our gathering.. haha..
i told him the idea of further study and he actually planning to do so too..
So, we went to search the internet and found some courses provided
by PSB Academy, SRP etc..
he will be into Dip of Marketing and Sales, while i look into
Bachelor of Applied Infomation Technology..
and i found out a good news from him..
that there are companies or union who can subsidy our fees! =)

juz back from my school D&D at Shangri-La Hotel..
know what? the food SUX!!
haha.. thought it supposed to be a super high class hotel.. well..
its actually not that fun compared to my last D&D in 5 Stars Tour..
maybe teachers are not that "ON" huh..
all the staff look so different from the way they are in school..
sudddenly, all the teachers become bengs and lians.. lolz..
on my way home down orchard rd, as usual, the road is pack with vehicles..
anyway, it gave me a chance to take a glimpse at the x'mas lightings..
and heard this year, they're stretching the lightings to marina bay.. woww..

hardisk failure....

was really big headed this morning when my PC could not detect the hardisk!
desperately searching high and low for the inventory backup..
i remembered saving a copy to the server but i juz couldn't find it! damn..

i believe that everything happen for a reason..
but in regard to IT related stuff, many things juz could not be explained..
quite a number of times, when the staff informed me of PC problems, PC could not start up etc..
but when i take a look, everything seem fine..

well, without much confident, i set the hardisk to secondary, trying to retrieve any data..
result : FAIL.... only partial data is retrieved.. the IMPT data could not be accessed!!

after lunch, trying my last of luck, i plugged the hardisk back to my PC..
and there the silly hardisk.. spinning happily at me.. lolz.. wtf..

Four Engineers...
There are four engineers traveling in a car; a mechanical engineer,
achemical engineer, an electrical engineer and a computer engineer.
The car breaks down. "Sounds to me as if the pistons have seized.
We'll have to strip downthe engine before we can get the car
working again", says the mechanical engineer.
"Well", says the chemical engineer, "it sounded to me as if the fuel
might be contaminated. I think we should clear out the fuel system."
"I thought it might be an grounding problem",
says the electricalengineer, "or maybe a faulty plug lead."
They all turn to the computer engineer who has said nothing and say:
"What do you think?"
"Well - perhaps if we all get out of the car and get back in again..."

last night saw Shin appeared in channel U "Fei Yu Qing Qing Chang Hui" show!
i should say that after Beyond, they are the best chinese rock band so far..
or is it that they're similiar to Beyond, that's why they caught my attention..
the main different between them is that Beyond wrote all of their songs,
while Shin only write a few in each album..
well, guess it's alright.. since Ah Xing can shout better then Huang Jia Ju.. hahah..
