juz back from fx's wedding dinner.. anyway, its the first time i become
brother for friend's wedding.. and the sisters are really horrible..
outside the bride house, beside chalking up huge amount of ang bao for
entrance fee, we still need to wear the ultraman pampers before gaining
entry.. nevermind with all that, once inside the house, there are
numerous torturous obstacles! we have to gulp down all thick undiluted
honey, pure lime jiuce, pure small bittergourd jiuce and lastly, chilli
pali cum wasabi biscuit.. anyway, despite all these, its still quite an
enjoyable day which will definitly leave deep memory..

its yan's birthday.. i bought her a top when shopping at amk hub..

一寸光阴一寸金，寸金难买寸光阴。

我们都听过这句话。但大家真有把时间看得那么重要吗？除了天天上班下班，吃饭睡觉，
又有多少时间留给自己和家人？送给心爱人最好的礼物不是玫瑰花，不是钻石，也不是
大汽车或大洋房。它其实根本不值钱。它就是你的时间。时间是能用金钱来衡量的吗？
有了大汽车大洋房，玫瑰花，钻石戒指，但没有你的陪伴，又有什么意义。

只有一个东西比时间还宝贵。你或许有，但也是不值钱的。它就是健康。没有了健康，
你怎么去陪心爱的人。要保持身体健康是要有学问和智慧的。常常吸烟酗酒，难免会
少了和亲人在一起的时光。

好啦，我想大家也觉得我太罗嗦了。我想我是有感而发吧。我大舅昨天被证实得了肝癌，
有四颗肿瘤在他的肝脏里。他是和朋友抽烟喝酒后，会到家就吐血就进医院了。他今年才
五十多岁。我觉得健康真的很重要，希望你也能好好照顾自己的身子，将来也有更多的
时间来照顾你的亲人。对了，医生说他最多也只剩下两年的寿命。我想介绍他吃灵芝，
希望他能康复。

juz watched the premier "Invasion" at Suntec Eng Wah.. quite a nice movie..
i thought the name sound like some aliens movie.. haha.. anyway it still
got to do with a space craft crashed onto earth bringing in a virus from
outer space.. there're free pop corns and drinks from Transition too..

its brother birthday today.. Happy Birthday! and soon, fx wedding dinner
is on the way too.. so coincidence, it happen to be the same day as
yan's birthday.. hope everything turn out fine..

终于把四本《射雕英雄传》看完了。其实书上写的比电视剧精彩多了。

The Difference Between e.g. and i.e.?

e.g. stands for the Latin phrase“exempli gratia,”which means
“for the sake of example.” You should use it when presenting examples
or more possibilities for the term in question. An easy way to
remember this is to associate e.g. with “example given.”

I like citrus fruits (e.g., oranges and lemons)

i.e. Stands for the Latin phrase“id est,”which means“that is.”
You should use it when explaining or rephrasing a sentence.
Usually it has the same meaning as “in other words.”

I like all fruits (i.e., I eat pretty much anything)

The first commercial car to be powered by compressed air could be about to
hit the production lines, as Indian automaker Tata Motors prepares to build
ex-Formula One engineer Guy Nègre's design. We're not certain if it's the
same air car that we hit just under three years ago, but if it is,
it's about time! The City Cat runs on nothing but compressed air which
can be refueled at "air stations," and overnight using a built-in compressor
with a not too shabby top speed of 68MPH and a range of 125 miles.
The Air Car designers are working on a hybrid version that can compress
air while it's operating, potentially making cross-India journeys possible:
Toyota Prius, eat your hybrid heart out. As EcoGeek points out, the game
ain't up just yet for completely emissions free travel since the problem of
the source of the electricity (usually acquired from fossil fuels) has yet
to be solved.
